About Me
The most important things I want you to know about me are that I am on your side and that I am here to help you change your life. I will meet you wherever you find yourself now, and journey with you to where you want to be.
My warm, relational presence is a cornerstone of my practice, along with the provision of a competently held non-judgemental space. I am an international adoptee so understand attachment and cross-cultural issues.
Being trauma-informed is a critical aspect of my practice: This means that I recognise the profound impact that past traumatic experiences can have on all aspects of self. If trauma is holding you back or limiting your life, I will help you access your inner strength and help promote a realistic sense of safety and empowerment.
